[Foundation-l] first Wikidata office hour on IRC

Hi everyone!

Next week the Wikidata team will be complete and start working at full
speed. Finally! \o/  I will be holding the first round of Wikidata
office hours next week. You're all invited to ask questions and
discuss. If you can't attend there will be logs.
