Thanks to Rob, we've got Wikipedia in Karachay-Balkar language [1].
Import of content from Incubator is on the way.

Karacyah-Balkar language [2] is a Turkic language spoken in Central
Russia. According to Ethnologue [3], there are 113.700 native
speakers.
