Actually, that appears to be Russell McOrmond, not Michael Geist (though
he's written extensively on the secret ACTA treaty negotiations).
Certainly worth reading, and getting involved.

ACTA is a huge threat to sanity in several overlapping areas Wikimedians
should be and are concerned about: intellectual property, FLOSS, rights
online, government transparency...

I recommend http://www.michaelgeist.ca/ for anyone interested in these
and related issues.
