Just to add my personal wish: I would like to see inside of the
ChapCom members who are coming from a culturally/ethnically diverse
areas (or members with significant experience in those areas). For
example, India, Russia (out of monoethnic areas, but including
Moscow), Middle East, Indochina, Indonesia, multiethnic African and
European countries and similar.
