I would say no, the English Wikipedia has a very specific queue
make-up so that questions are answered more quickly and are more
easily organized (including boilerplates specific to certain queues).
One of the reasons we have a "wizard" on the Contact form is being
they can lead to different places. (info-en-q, info-en-c, etc.)
