[Foundation-l] Britain or Ukraine? What UK stands for in Wikimedia jargon

Yes same issue for Sinhala (of Sri Lanka) and the country code for
Slovenia - SI or Burmese and Malaysia - MY or Virgin Islands and
Vietnamese - VI.

I'm sure there are several other cases as well.
