[Foundation-l] Autocreated global accounts (was: [Wikitech-l]$wgCentralAuthAutoNew=true)

I can not see any request at the channel nor at
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Global#Request_for_global_.28un.29lock_and_.28un.29hiding

You can also mail these usernames to the mailinglist if You prefere, some
stewards are reading this list *and* are doing locking.
