And to make a comment on the original question of this thread:
I agree, that the closed wiki under mo.wikipedia.org should be removed.
If not already done, all content present in that wiki should be
transliterated and integrated into the Romanian
Wikipedia and afterwards mo.wikipedia should be deleted completely.
