[Foundation-l] A question for the Wikimania jury

And from that context, it's clear to me that  "numerous advantages,  
among those....a new continent" means that the jury is and has never  
really been concerned with cost or access, nor that they listened to  
complaints after the Alexandria and Taipei bids that it is ridiculous  
to give distance from last wikimania/new continent anywhere near the  
same consideration as other issues.
