Please stop making this situation more heated and based on poor researched assumptions than it is already.  Of course any Wikipedia can run a self-audit of thier situation.  We certainly do not need a "posse" of anything to get involved.  

Is  Alex Spade still active on ru.WP.  I remember he had a rather good understanding of copyright.  Perhaps he can help advise the local Arbcom on this issue.
