I disagree - the outstanding questions are an issue of legal policy
relating to Wikipedia generally, not a specific Wikipedia - such as,
can projects establish policies that effectively punish editors for
fulfilling a legal obligation? That isn't the only issue necessarily,
but just because it occurred on en.wiki doesn't mean it doesn't have
wider relevance - it does.
