[Foundation-l] UCMJ and Wikimedia

I believe that this thread has evolved to the point where it's clear
that under current Foundation policy, the Foundation is not directly
involved in this.  It appears to be an English language Wikipedia
specific policy and problem.

Unless people intend to argue that the Foundation should develop
relevant policy, I suggest that discussion migrate towards wikien-L
and on-WIki, and leave foundation-L lower noise.
