I think the Internet Archive would be an ideal place for long videos, because:
1) They have an unlimited storage space, and no restrictions on video
length or file size (these are the people who literally archive the
entire internet, as best as they can)
2) They're an "allied" non-profit pro-free culture project.
3) We already have a bunch of long videos there, and hopefully they'll
be organized into a distinct sub-collection in the relatively near
future.
