[Foundation-l] List moderation enabled

I hope everyone enjoyed the break, and had a chance to reflect on the
tone this list's taken of late.

I've turned moderation off.  Please be kind, assume good faith, and
remember that this isn't a chat room.  Heated, rapid-fire exchanges
have no place here.
