Wikia has been accepting the projects that we have not accepted in the
Wikimedia Foundation for a long time. It is nice to find that people have a
choice where they want to host their project, they could even start their
project on their own domain.

When people aspire to have a Wikimedia project, the normal way is to start a
project at the Incubator.
