Then please tell me how Effe's chosen group is qualified to make these
decisions. I'm not seeing any special experience for any of them that
makes them especially useful in deciding the future of the Foundation's
structure...seeing as we apparently need to fix that.

Now, if I'm wrong and some of the PVC members have experience in
non-profit governance and incorporation, please allow them to step
forward and inform us. Up until now, I see _no_ qualifications other
than being a suck up.
