I'm glad to read such terrific news—this marks another milestone on
the road to founding a Wikimedia chapter in Hong Kong, one many of us
have tracked with great interest.

The next step is for the Wikimedia Foundation Chapters Committee to
sign off on its proposed bylaws and recommend to the Board that
Wikimedia Hong Kong Limited be granted the right to form an official
Wikimedia chapter.  With this key step having been taken, expect
further news very soon.
