Translation for the non-US'ians:

The 9th circuit is the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth
Circuit. Apperently it is one of the more liberal Courts of appeal in
the USA.

In any case, as I understood it, but check with Mike to be sure, the
foundation will remain legally located in Florida.
