[Foundation-l] GFDL and relicensing

Getting back to the heart of this thread (if i can even remember what
it was supposed to be at this point), what kinds of efforts are being
made to harmonize the next version of the GFDL with the CC licenses? I
assume the harmonization will be with CC-BY-SA? How likely is this
effort to succeed? How long until we see some kind of result? Is there
a place where we can find out more "official" information about this
effort?
