[Foundation-l] WIKIMEDIA CENSUS

The stats group (which is essentially a sub-group of the comproj) is working 
on it but, have been sluggish until very recently. It will be for 
statistical reasons and, may assist with media requests and, the foundation 
in knowing who edits wikimedia projects.

sorry it is taking so long for me to respond - my net and phone will be in 
and out for the next 15 days due to major infrastructure replacement/work
