What we need is more people who speak the languages to select the good
ones from the dates pages.  If there are any more good quotes on the
"Dates" pages, please do not hesitate to bold them and they will be
get added to the sitenotice.

Cary can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the ones for Chinese and
Japanese are just because those languages do not show up in most
browsers.  We should try to keep all other language versions on the
same page, I think.
