[Foundation-l] Moldovan Wikipedia

It is melodramatic to classify every single minor dispute that way.

However, there really is a war in Transnistria. Now, it's technically
a "frozen conflict zone", and the status quo seems unlikely to change
in the very near future and actual fighting is not horribly likely to
just resume due to the huge presence of Russian troops in the area,
but it is a war nonetheless that was declared and has never formally
ended, and there is still no resolution to the issue.
