As recently mentionned, we are currently looking for a treasurer. This

That's correct. There are no limits for officers renewal. And no limits 
for the number of terms a board member can serve.

I do not really see how mentionning the names make a resolution more 
accurate. Legally speaking, a resolution has two states. Passed, not passed.
But anyway, we do publish the information you are looking for.
