The Felten case never reached any conclusion; the action was dismissed
for lack of standing because RIAA indicated they had no intention to
pursue him and there was no longer a live legal issue. It has no legal
value (other than being a good example of the limits on judicial
power).

It may have significance in a tactical sense, but please do not
represent it as if it has legal significance.
