[Foundation-l] Possible changes regarding *all* Wikimedia IRC bots

Hey again, all. Please excuse the fact that this is again on multiple
mailing lists :-)

I've had a good few responses to my request here and I intend to start
compiling a list of bots on meta, and recloaking a good few (with the
owner's permission) to make things a bit more streamlined. Thank you
to all those who have e-mailed me.

However, another issue has become apparent. At present, no bot
operators that use flood exemption have contacted me regarding
renewing this. Unfortunately, this leaves me with little choice but to
pull the plug on their access in order that I can try and re-organise
things - freenode are not keen on the amount of bots we have with
this, so I really do need to make an effort to bring things in order.

If you know one of these bot operators, *please* send them this message :-)
