I think Florence is the only one who regularly peaked at 40+ for
Board-level work, and now that we've hired Sue & Mike, workload has
been slowly going down as we've passed on quite a few
responsibilities. The past few months were really an extraordinary
situation pushing all of us to the limits of what we can do for WMF as
volunteers. None of us _wanted_ that situation to arise. It was,
however, unavoidable (the interim phase could have probably been cut
down to 3 months or less if we had been better prepared for it).

Come to think of it, Board-level work might just start to be fun again
now. What an appropriate time to put 3 seats up for re-election. ;-)
