If it is inappropriate for a former employee to run for the Board I'm 
sure that the voters will also see it that way, and not vote for mim.  
That will be as clear an answer as you can get.  There is accountability 
to the voters.

I would be far more concerned if things went the other way and a former 
Board member accepted a paid job with WMF shortly after the end of his term.
