Again, these hidden costs need to be investigated.  Setup costs (time, web
design,etc.), percentages, interest lost due to delay in transfer to WMF
bank accounts, costs to users etc.  All needs looking at in depth.  Who
within WMF can do this and report back?  We could come up with a list of
issues to be taken into consideration.
