I am not CEO.
At some point, the board suggested I could be (the proposition did not 
come from me). But for matter of conflict of interest and good 
governance, that would have implied that I stepped down from the board 
(and naturally stop being chair). And some members were not happy at all 
with this option.

So, no, not CEO.
