Sorry I forgot,

Their wikipedias have deep problem with bad informations which are 
pushed by some groups among them, and that should be responsibility of 
their community to clean it up. Using mechanisms like LSC (who are 
trying to be second-sighted) to prevent such thing  are bloat and 
noneffective, and could give more damage than good.

WMF community will need to find some other ways to motivate 
sub-communities to follow right directions, specially motivating them to 
be self-critical.
