Along those lines, I'll gladly ship a copy, on CD-R, to anyone in the
US, for $4, and anyone outside the US for 4 Euros.  Email me for my
paypal address.

Save yourself $10 or so and donate it to the foundation.  I can't
imagine they're getting that big of a cut.
