Both "Infochannel Group Ltd." and  "Firestorm Forces Ltd."
is IMO quite clearly enemy to Wikipedia and Wikimedia and abusing
every moral right to Wikipedia and Wikimania names we have

Unfortunately it seems they have some legal rights to the names.
