[Foundation-l] To all non latin wikis please start blocking latin wiki accounts

To add to that, it's not so much a pronounciation but rather a way to take a
look at something and get a person's NAME out of it, rather than a series of
squiggles which to a person not educated about that particular language
looks like nonsense which somehow forms a representation of someone's
dignity.
