Thank you for noticing us, Birgitte SB,
I informed the Japanese community about this change.

Kudos to Radiant! and all other who have participated this discussion
here and there. Thank you for your comments and interest.

Some noted other communities than English Wikipedia would face the
similar problem to dealing vandals and understand how things appear to
their vandal fighters. Sadly true, perhaps, but it also suggests that
it is one of problems which deserves the global attention of whole
Wikimedia community. Already some suggestions and ideas are submitted
both to the lists and to talks on English Wikipedia, and I expect we
reach more thoughtful and effective way of problems which were pointed
out through our discussion.

I would like to hereby appreciate Birgitte SB specially among those
who showed interest, she was exactly the first person who paid
attention this concern. Since October, when I brought it up first to a
public discussion, her support has been really my comfort. Also i
appreciate all others who have cared for this issue and tried to
resolve.

Luna, would you mind to forward this message of mine to wikien-l
again? ;) Without discussion there, henceforth your suggestion to
bring it up there, things wouldn't have been shared so widely.

Cheers,
