[Foundation-l] English Wikipedia ethnocentric policy affects other communities

You seem at least as ethnic/cultural biased as others. We have a
saying in dutch that the pot blames the kettle for seeing black. That
is exactly what your reaction is.

As for me, I find it perfectly understandable from the community point
of view that en blocks all non latin characters, ru blocks all non
cyrillic characters and ja all kana characters.

I suspect that this is however not a very good solution, for nobody.
So I suggest that Guillaume Paumier's proposal be implemented.
