Perhaps this can be a way to avoid the legal problems---instead of 
"credentialling reporters", how about we simply have a process for 
authorizing Wikinewsies to carry "Wikinews" business cards?  These would 
not be press credentials of any sort, merely business cards, but would 
be useful proof of affiliation.
