It is understandable that people in different countries can look at the 
concept of a "non-profit organisation" in different ways.  It would be 
interesting if you told us what Japanese people understand with this 
idea?  How do they understand the best way of financing such an 
organisation?  Is there a form of organisation that makes more sense to 
the Japanese mind?
