As if that wasn't clear from the onset. It was to me. Basically, he
was being told, "Change the policy of some big firm you are a little
customer to, because Wikipedia isn't going to change its policy."

Maybe being nice is also better than offending the very people you are
supposed to be helping. I found David's posts at least as offending as
Waerth's reaction to them.
