In making a reference to Africa, I was certainly not aware that you had 
already put in a bid for Bangkok.  But even if I had known it would not 
have prevented me from saying that in this very preliminary stage.  Even 
when I first raised such a possibility in Frankfort I had already 
conceived of the possibility of an East Asian or Australian bid for 
2007.  Bangkok did not come to mind, but I have no objection to going 
there in 2007.

I took SJ's comments in jest, and responded accordingly.  No disrespect 
was intended.
