In order to support the continued growth and use of the Wikidata Query Service, Discovery and Technical Operations are upgrading the hardware of the service.
We're adding a single extra server to both our Virginia (eqiad) and Dallas (codfw) data centres. These servers will be dedicated to the Wikidata Query Service.
We're expecting this upgrade to take a few months, and we'll keep you updated as things progress.
