[Advocacy Advisors] Fwd: European chapters: urgent action needed

Hi Tanel,

I have only contacted some staff of WMF to help with setting up the
campaign (like they helped as well in 2012 with SOPA). I think it would be
great if someone could contact WMF to get their position. Who know who to
contact for that and wants to do that?
