[Advocacy Advisors] quick update on registration in EU/DC

Hi, all-
As mentioned last week, we're moving forward with becoming registered in
the EU.
I should also mention that in Washington, we've formally retained Jim
Burger, who helped us with SOPA. He'll particularly focus on copyright
issues and and internet regulation, with the main goal (at least for now)
of simply keeping us informed of what is going on in DC.
