Jens,

Are people who expect DNS service to be free with metered Internet
subscriptions opposed to net neutrality?

If DNS can be free under metered, neutral services, why can't other
services be zero-rated?

Are there any reasons that zero-rating is as problematic as tiered for-pay
services?
