There is a certain amount of confusion whether the changed wording
will actually work. If the amendment works as promised, it will be a
meaningless, useless, dead law. If the amendment doesn't work as
promised, the law will continue to hurt one of the most basic
principle in the internet, the ability to link to third party content.
In both cases, it will create new jobs in the litigation industry.
