[Advocacy Advisors] White House on access to federally funded research

Hello all,

Last week, the White House posted a memo on "Increasing Access to the
Results of Federally Funded Scientific Research ". This is an interesting
addition to the conversation on FASTR, and a few organizations who focus on
open access have posted summaries and comparisons.
