Are Wikipedia or Commons image dumps available anywhere? I found this one below but it stops at 2012.

The biggest we have is at https://archive.org/details/wikimediacommons?sort=-date. We still have to catch up after 2016 (the more the wait, the less to-be-deleted content slips in).
