We've seen some kernel errors in the logs on the server that hosts the dumps. In order to upgrade and reboot, we need the currrently running dumps to exit as soon as they complete the current phase of their runs. I expect to complete this before the end of the week; if necessary I will shoot existing processes to get it done. In the meantime as dumps complete, new ones will not be started; thanks for your patience.
