That's not the page "Los Angeles", it's "Wikipédia:Lumière sur/Los Angeles" (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Lumi%C3%A8re_sur/Los_Angeles). Try searching the XML for <title>Los Angeles</title>. Or, even better, use a XML parser (I believe that in Java, you would use SAX) and search for <page> that contains <title> with the content "Los Angeles".
