I have looked up Archive.org, but the closest dump I could find is on January 03, 2008. [1] There are no dumps available for 2009.
If you need, there are more dumps archived on Archive.org under the "wikimediadownloads" collection available for searching.[2] There may also be list members that have the dumps that you require that I might be unaware of.
