new problem occurs with incremental dumps mechanism: corrupted archives in folder: http://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/incr/wikidatawiki/20131115/ empty dumps in folder: http://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/incr/wikidatawiki/20131116/
The problem looks like there is no free space on disk drives.
